hello people! it's quite irritating when you can't solve the puzzle! BUT! you all need to keep a cool head =D

1st, did you all "interact" with the picture like what u all did with other puzzle?

After it haunted my dreams all night I was sure I had the answer this morning, but just can't make that last 'twist'.
